Wsd1 Collective Agreement Teachers

The agreement is a legally binding employment contract drawn up during collective bargaining with the employer and the trade union. The Winnipeg School Division continually hires Manitoba-certified teachers. Persons eligible for certification are also taken into account. Unless otherwise provided for in this agreement, teachers will be paid on the following basis: Consult the complete 2014-2018 collective agreement or certain sections of the collective agreement below: The ministry will provide the association with the names of all teachers whose cheques will be returned to the post office at the last known address. Clinicians who worked before 1. January 1981 were employed by the Ministry and improved their qualifications after 31 December 1980, received no recognition from the Department for improved qualifications until the improved qualifications exceeded the qualifications for the classification already awarded by the Department and only if the qualifications are recognized as sufficient by the Professional Certification and Student Records Unit, to qualify for a classification change. .
